You can create your own routine with LoveToi products. However, it's important to know that if you use the serum and cream together, the serum should be applied first, followed by the cream. For best results, we recommend using the serum and cream twice a day consistently. Keep in mind that massaging the area during application optimizes absorption of the product, thus improving its effectiveness.


WHEN CAN WE USE AN ANTI-AGING SERUM?

 

Using an anti-aging serum is ideal from the age of 25 to 30, as collagen production naturally begins to decline. However, it's never too early to adopt preventative practices. Anti-aging serums can also offer benefits in terms of hydration, protection against free radicals, and stimulation of cell renewal.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE ANTI-AGING SERUM?

 

A serum can be used alone or in addition to a cream, but it does not replace the latter; each has a specific role. It is essential to first apply the serum to clean skin, then use the day or night cream on the face. The serum can be applied once or twice a day, and consistency is important for optimal results. It prevents and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while firming the skin. In addition, it helps reduce facial redness and soothes the skin. It has a sweet, natural scent of jasmine flower, a flower with antioxidant properties.


WHY CAN SERUMS HAVE A SLIGHTLY STICKY TEXTURE?

To completely eliminate this stickiness, the concentration of active ingredients would have to be significantly reduced, which we aim to avoid to maintain the product's effectiveness. Therefore, we strive to find a balance. Depending on the quantity and variety of active ingredients, the texture of the serum may vary slightly.


HOW MUCH ANTI-AGING SERUM SHOULD I USE?

 

The amount of anti-aging serum to use (in number of drops with the pipette) depends on your needs and the area of ​​your face. The main thing is to cover the entire face evenly, it can also be done around the eyes and neck. A single layer of serum is enough, as it is highly concentrated. When a product is of high quality, it is often unnecessary to apply a large amount to achieve effective results.


WHY DO LOVETOI PRODUCTS HAVE ODORS WHEN THERE IS NO PERFUME OR ESSENTIAL OIL?

 

The scents in our products come directly from the flower water used in their formulation, allowing us to avoid adding perfumes or essential oils while still providing additional benefits. We chose not to add perfume to ensure our products are suitable for very sensitive skin and to reduce the risk of reactions. Additionally, we avoided essential oils, as many are contraindicated during pregnancy and can cause skin reactions on more sensitive skin.

IS IT NORMAL TO SEE A SLIGHT WHITE DEPOSIT FORMING AROUND THE SERUM POT OR ON THE SURFACE OF THE SOLUTION?

 

Don't panic, this can happen and is completely normal. The stem cells in natural products can sometimes cause this temporary effect. Simply shake the serum gently when this happens on the surface of the solution, and gently wipe the rim of the jar if the deposit forms there. Don't use a product that has a foul odor or solid deposits.
