There was a problem with my order. What should I do?

Warranty Policy
We do not refund or exchange products. With satisfaction in mind, we produce high quality cosmetics to offer you what is best for your skin. However, since each person is different (allergies/intolerances), we cannot guarantee any possible reactions. We advise you to check the ingredients before purchasing and test the product in the crook of your elbow before use. In the event of a malfunction of a product, or a breakage during delivery, you must write to us by email within a maximum of 20 days following receipt of your order.

Product expiration
-Products expire one year after opening. It is ideal to keep these products in a dry place and away from humidity.
-Our containers are equipped with either a lotion pump or a pipette to avoid direct contact with the fingers, which reduces the risk of microorganisms in the products.
-In addition, our packaging is made of glass, thus reducing the environmental footprint. Glass can be recycled and allows us to preserve our natural products.

What are the delivery times?
We pack all your packages with care and love. This processing takes between 3-5 business days before your package is in the hands of the shipping company.

Can we modify an order that has already been paid for?
It is not possible to modify or add an item to your already paid order given the enormous logistics that this would require. This is why there is a box to check before paying for your order.

My product is damaged/broken what should I do?
You must take a photo and write to us by email within a maximum of 20 days following receipt of your order.
