Warranty Policy
We do not refund or exchange products. With your satisfaction in mind, we produce high-quality cosmetics to offer you the best for your skin. However, since everyone is different (allergies/intolerances), we cannot guarantee any possible reaction. We advise you to check the ingredients before purchasing and to test the product in the crease of your elbow before use. In the event of a product malfunction, or a breakage during delivery, you must write to us by email within a maximum of 20 days following receipt of your order.
Expiration of products
-Products expire one year after opening. It is ideal to store these products in a dry place away from moisture.
-Our containers are equipped with either a lotion pump or a pipette to avoid direct contact with fingers, which reduces the risk of microorganisms in the products.
-In addition, our packaging is made of glass, reducing our environmental footprint. Glass is recyclable and helps preserve our natural products.
What are the delivery times?
We pack all your packages with care and love. This processing takes between 3 and 5 business days before your package reaches the shipping company.
Can I modify an order that has already been paid for?
It's not possible to modify or add an item to your already paid order due to the enormous logistics involved. That's why there's a checkbox to tick before proceeding to checkout.
My product is damaged/broken, what should I do?
You must take a photo and email us within 20 days of receiving your order.
